The Empowered Women Collective is a dynamic networking group for women where each event is a collaborative effort. Led by Jen Jordan, with events hosted by Toni Osmundson and Sarah Litten, our group fosters a supportive environment, helping women grow both personally and professionally while building a stronger community together.
Hey there. I’m Jen Jordan, the leader of the Empowered Women Collective. I want EWC to be a place where women feel accepted and leave events feeling loved, connected, and empowered to do whatever their calling. Together we create this community and I invite you to come be a part of it! You are always welcome to attend any of our events!
Sarah is our Meridian Meet-Up organizer and social event extraordinaire. She loves connecting with other women and business owners as the face of IBL events and also a co-owner of Hello Honey balloon stylist company.
Toni Osmundson leads the Mastermind groups twice a year for EWC. She is the CEO of Sydney Studios Media and often shares her expertise in social media management. Toni is also a frequent attendee at the Eagle Coffee Date.
Kylie started the year off with sharing the Hero's Journey with us at the January Mixer. She emphasized that finding your allies is a key to our adventure. Her passion is sharing the hero's journey with families at two local schools, one being the Hero's Academy in Boise.
Erica is our Adventure Series guide here at EWC. in February she lead a group of women for snowshoeing at Bogus Basin and hosts impromptu meet-ups for pickleball. Outside of EWC, she is a wellness coach and runs a mountain biking club for women called Crank Queens.
Penélope hosted our May Mixer at Wood & Root bar and lead us through an assessment of our personal environments while planting. She is the founder of DIA, an organization created to connect with communities through Discovery, Immersion, and Amplification.
Naomi from Naomi's Curated Collection hosted a private shopping party for EWC in May. She empowers women sharing the message that "Every women deserves to feel beautiful regardless of her circumstance, size, or budget!"
The therapists at ETC host the monthly "First Friday" networking event for women in health and wellness. The first event was held in June. In addition, the team hosts special events promoting health education and well-being for women in the Treasure Valley.
In June, Michele lead a solitude hike as a way to us why solitude is necessary and how to achieve it. As a brand storyteller and guide, Michele helps small businesses and nonprofits grow a community through authentic storytelling and mission-aligned partnerships.
Alina Wright, PT is a passionate advocate for women's health, driven by her personal journey through infertility. She was our guest host for August and recruited the panelists for "It's a Women Thing" which addressed women's health issues from menstruation to menopause.
